I don't really have the time or energy to do all that I would like everyday. The desire to get a good amount of sleep has a lot to do with it, especially since my body has started going along with the cycle of the day, awake during the day and sleepy at night.
Honestly, though, I feel like my energy has a lot more sincerity and integrity to it, without the jitters and neurosis that comes with caffeine. And when it comes time to really think, and I have that something in mind, ready to express, I'm as prolific as I would be with caffeine, if not moreso.
It's nice. I like it.

how much caffine do you drink per day? outta curiousity?
Up to about the time I cut myself off, I was having something like: 1 cup of coffee, 2 or 3 cups of green tea, 1 or 2 cups of hot chocolate and something like 2 or 3 servings of chocolate.
I've given up all the liquid stuff except for when I want a certain taste sated but not the solid chocolate. It just tastes soooooo good!
Hey boyo, I am excercising regularly, which makes me need to sleep more to repair and recoup. I had a watered down espresso this morning and I could feel my blood vessels constricting all over my body, like a tightening in bones. But the chocolate-raspberry coffee was soooo goooood.
I've been more tired in the evening, but I don't blame that on exercise. I blame my recent ravenous appetite on the exercise (even though I'm sure getting enough sleep and cutting out caffeine has something to do with increased appetite).
Rather, I think feeling tired has come from getting 5 to, hopefully, 6 hours a sleep a night rather than 7 or 8 hours. Had 7 last night. Amazing.
